To all of Yvonne’s friends and family near and far across the globe, it is with an extremely heavy heart that I share, after an awful battle with cancer, mom is finally now at peace, pain free, in heaven. She passed away peacefully at home May 31, 2025. She fought harder than anyone I know to try and beat this horrendous disease but her little body just couldn’t do it anymore. The grief we feel is unexplainable, as this happened so quickly. Following her wishes, there will be no formal funeral planned. She will be placed in the Columbarium at St. Augustine Cemetery in Humboldt, with her dad.

Daughter of Armella Kemper and the late Ken Kemper. Yvonne leaves behind her loving husband of 43 years Rene Beaudoin, her daughter Chantelle Gogo (Marshall Gogo), two grandchildren Madelyn Grace and Emerson Steven.
She also leaves behind to mourn one brother Russell Kemper (Donna Kemper), a nephew Austin Kemper (Shelby Kemper) and their daughter Kenlynn Kemper.
Yvonne..you were an amazing person to be with, also excellent wife, mother to Chantelle and grandma to Madelyn and Emerson..I will miss you so much…R.I.P. my love…
Yvonne, you made your mark in this world you will be sadly missed. It has been a true pleasure knowing you for over 25 years. May God watch over your family during this difficult time sending you tons of love in heaven.

Rene’ and Chantelle, my prayers are with you during this horrendous time. I cannot imagine that whirling dervish of energy gone. I have so many great memories of working together with her at Mack Travel. Tears are memories that drip down our cheeks and I imagine there will be many for both of you.

We were very saddened today to hear of Yvonne’s passing. Our deepest condolences to you Rene and your family. As long time members of the Cumberland Curling Club we got to know Yvonne quite well. She was a terrific curler and Skip and certainly won more games than she lost. She also had an out going and friendly personality, a good sense of humour and a hearty laugh. She was a lovely person and will be greatly missed by many.

We will hold on to the fond memories of having you as friends and neighbours. We often find ourselves reminiscing of the many laughs we shared on your patio. Yvonne was the energizer bunny and lit up the room. She was funny, down to earth and so easy to spend time with. We will miss her dearly. Keeping you in our thoughts and hearts.

Lots of memories made when Yvonne played on the HCI Curling Team with Maureen Marcie and Donna . Our families would follow those girls around , they ended with a Provincial High School Curling Title. Lots of Family fun and laughter sitting in the curling stands watching the girls.

Yvonne was our travel agents since 2007.. We always knew we were in excellent hands when we planned our annual winter vacation to the Caribbean. She will be greatly missed.

I had the pleasure of working with Yvonne — she was energetic, funny, and full of love. Her presence always brought warmth, and every time I saw her, there was laughter and unforgettable memories.

I’m so sorry to hear about Yvonne’s passing. My heart goes out to the family during this incredibly difficult time. You’ve always been such a strong and loving group, and I know this loss is deeply felt. I feel so lucky to have known Yvonne. She was truly one of the best—amazing at what she did, loved by her coworkers and clients, and always true to herself. She had such a sharp wit and a zest for life that was admirable and often times contagious.
She’ll be missed more than words can say, but I know her spirit and the love she shared will live on in all of us.

Dear Chantelle, your mom will be terribly missed. I knew Yvonne for roughly 35 years through the travel agency. She was the best at what she did. A real pro. Her personality, kindness and laughter struck a note with anyone who dealt with Yvonne. May she rest in peace.
