It is with great sadness that the family of Greg Villeneuve announces his passing on Tuesday, October 9th, 2018 at the age of 65 years. Greg is lovingly remembered by his wife Susan of 33years, and his children, Daniel (Kim), Benjamin (Jennifer) and Thomas (Aniko) and his grandchildren Gisele, Alize, Elodie, Jane and Adele. Greg will be forever remembered by his extended family and dear friends.
Greg was a man of great faith. He held an unwavering commitment to family, community and career (25 years serving the government of Canada). Recently retired, he was able to further pursue his life passions of family time, cottage life and outdoor adventures including cycling, camping and fishing. Greg was a devoted husband, father and coach. Greg was a man that influenced and impacted those who had the pleasure to know him.
A Celebration of Life will be held in memory of Greg on Thursday, October 18th at 2:00 p.m., at the Kanata Baptist Church, 465 Hazeldean Rd. Kanata, Ontario.
Private interment will take place later in the week in Inverary, Ontario near the family cottage.
