À LA DOUCE MÉMOIRE DE Karen Catalan

On January 23rd, 2026, Karen Catalan passed away in peace surrounded by her best friend and loving husband Jeff Fajardo and the greatest blessing in her life, her beautiful and amazing daughter Sofia. Karen was a cancer warrior for over a decade and faced each day with strength, grace and gratitude.

She will be missed by her father, Florante Catalan (Norma Catalan passed in 2017), her brothers Jay Catalan, Karlo Catalan, and their families, her in-laws Pablo Fajardo, Estela Fajardo, Jordan Fajardo and his family, as well as her extended families and friends across Canada, USA, Asia and the Philippines.

The Catalan-Fajardo family will have a private celebration of her life.
