For we don’t know what’s around the corner
Or when our life will end ….
Adeng Ruben had signed off but in heaven he will continue to be a coach. His life on earth is “a life well lived”… a loving father and Wowo although short-lived ,a devoted husband ,a true friend and an emphatic coach.
So keep doing what’s right ,what’s makes us happy for life can be very strange. We will never know when it might be our turn…Only God knows..
For in a moment,all things can change…
Adeng Toto felt this …..as he said to me when they went home ..”Nov umuwi na kami kasi baka di na ako makabalik”
Adeng Toto..”Hasta Manana till we meet again don’t know when…”
Thanks for believing on my skills in singing and for the memories. We will miss you ….
Our sincerest condolences and prayers to all…

Aww. So difficult! I was at Sacred Heart School, when a coworker got a call about Ruben passing. I have seen Ruben a couple of times, A healthy looking fella. This coworker at Sacred Heart and many other coworkers of Ruben were very shocked and saddened by this news. Coworkers at St. Joseph’s were devastated as far as what I heard. Only within 5 years had this staff lost another coworker/Head Caretaker. It’s tough and it takes time to let it sink in, I’m sure. My condolences! Look at the services that are planned. A very popular person by the looks of it. Take Care!

Ruben was more than just the person who let us into the gym — he was part of our community. Our volleyball members always looked forward to chatting with him on Tuesday nights at St. Joseph. His kindness, warm smile, and quiet dedication never went unnoticed.

I can’t recall how many times during our games I’d look back and see him watching with such joy that I couldn’t help but smile myself. He always greeted our community with an infectious smile, encouraging words, and a spirit that made the place feel a little brighter.

Ruben, you will be deeply missed, but your warmth and presence will always be remembered with great respect and affection.

With heartfelt sympathy,
Tuesday Night Volleyball Group at St. Joe’s

Tito I know we only met twice, at Diane and Mark’s wedding, and at Dream’s baptism. I truly felt your kindness and how welcoming you were to me and my family. I’ll never forget yung luto mong kambing during our last visit at Dream’s baptism. Hanggang sa muli tito. May you rest in peace.

Mabait at mapagmahal na pinsan. Generous na tito ng aking mga anak. Palabiro at masayahin. Mga natatanging katangian ng isang “Ruben Lezada”. Salamat po kuya toto sa mga masasayang alaala at sa pagmamahal na ipinaramdam mo sa amin. Baunin mo ang aming dasal🙏 at pagmamahal . May your soul rest In Peace. Maligayang Paglalakbay kuya toto!

Mamimiss ka namin dito sa lakandula😢
