In Memory of Susan Legault Walker

at the age of 60, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on May 2, 2016, after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved wife of 39 years to Bernard Legault, she will be fondly remembered by her son André (Michelle) and daughters Chantal (Adam Bristow) and Kathleen Bond (Mark); grandchildren Mitchell and Mason, with another little one on the way; sisters Anne (Tom), Christine (Art) and brother Michael (Francine);sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Lise (late Bernard), Francine (Claude), Suzanne, Carmen, Ghislaine (François), Claire (late John), Micheline (Richard) and Colette; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and colleagues. Predeceased by her brother David. Born in Kingston, ON, to the late Joan and Robert Walker, Susan’s incredible strength and devotion will be forever cherished by her dear friends and family. A special thank you to all the healthcare professionals who helped Susan along her journey. The family will receive friends and relatives as of 3:30 pm on Saturday, May 7, 2016, at the Royal Canadian Legion (800 Taylor Creek Blvd, Orleans), with a celebration of life commencing at 4pm. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation.
