Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me;
thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

Kathy, I just saw this and I’m so sorry to hear this. Please accept my sincere condolences. I would love to hear from you so I hope this post gets to you
Oh my goodness, I had no idea Ruth passed away. I was wishing her a Happy Birthday today and something made me look. My deepest condolences… we were friends for many years! Collectibles … she’d have items mailed to my P.O. Box in the US. We also bonded over our mutual love for one of her foster kids, Christopher. I became an alternate caregiver during those years. I’m so sorry for your loss, wonderful woman that always thought of others before herself.
I am so sorry to hear of Ruth’s passing. Ruth was the foster mom of our adopted son Christopher. She was very loving and a wonderful caregiver for him and all her foster kids. After we adopted, we kept in touch with Ruth and I sent her pictures of Christopher every year. I know she loved getting news of how he was doing and was so happy for him. In a weird coincidence, it has been 13 years this month that we met her. She will be missed by many. My condolences to her close and extended family.
