In Memory of Ricky Stanley Audain

Ricky Stanley Audain unexpectedly passed away on Sunday November 15, 2020 at the age of 34.

Ricky is survived by his parents, Micheline Enoise and Jacques M. Audain; His sisters Valerie Audain (Carl-Henry Jean-Baptiste), Nathalie Dunac (Kevin Dunac) and his brother Samuel Audain. Loving uncle to his nephews Jean-Emmanuel Valentin, Nathan Dunac and his niece Jenny Dunac. He will be sadly missed by family, friends and his football community.

Born in Montreal, he later moved to Ottawa where he graduated from Samuel-Genest and later from the University of Ottawa. The lights of Ricky’s passion were teaching and mentoring. Ricky relished his work as a football coach especially when it gave him the opportunity to connect with the community he served. He was particularly happy to mentor those who struggled in any aspect. Ricky embraced the humble and eschewed privilege. He was a great friend and much loved by those who knew him in the many facets of his life. He lived a rich and full life and those who were touched by him are heart-broken by his untimely death. Ricky was deeply loved and brought immense joy to those around him.

A private gathering will take place at The Heritage Funeral Complex, Orleans. Due to the unprecedented challenges related to Covid-19, the funeral service and the wake will be limited and by reservation only.

Ricky will Forever be in all of Our Hearts.
