In Memory of Paulette Brunet
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Paulette Brunet (née Lemay). She passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on September 28, 2020 at the age of 81. She leaves behind her beloved husband of over 56 years Raymond Brunet; her daughters: Louise (Claude Duguay) and Julie (Stefan Filion); her grand-children: Mélanie (Alexandre Laroche), Mélissa (Kyle Curtis), Monika (Tristan McAllister), Nicholas (Audrey Courval), Gabriel (Noémie Sanscartier); and a great-grand-daughter Magalie. She also leaves her brothers Gilles (Claire Charbonneau), Jean-Marie (Marcelle Girouard), André (Simone Giroux), her sister Lise (Jacques Bougie), her sister-in-law Lise Gauthier (late Yvon) also the Brunet family in-laws: Claude (Jocelyne Larivière), Lorraine (Carol Chouinard), Richard (Lyse Casault), many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
Predeceased by her parents: Antonio Lemay and Cécile Charbonneau; her daughter Sylvie, her sister Claudette (late Hervé Potvin) and her brother Yvon.
A sincere thank you to the Soins Palliatifs Orléans especially Dr Daniel Vincent and Dr Richard Plantive, Bayshore Home Care Solutions (in particular to nurses Shari and Laurie as well as Anne, personal support worker) and the Champlain Local Health Integration Network (CLHIN) for the good care provided and their compassion.
Those who wish, may make memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or to a charity of their choice.
