In Memory of Paul Quenneville

Passed away peacefully after a battle with Pulmonary Fibrosis at the age of 75.

Loving husband to Lise (Brochu), devoted father to Dan (Julie), and André, proud grandfather of Rhéann, Dredann, Quinlyn and Emmanuelle. He will be missed by his sisters Jeanine (late Serge), Louise (Paul), Julie (Steve). Brother-in-law to Guy Brochu, Luke (Pam), Lucy (Randy), Jim (Mary) and uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by his parents, Jean and Pauline (Forget).

Paul made friends easily at work, and as a volunteer at the YMCA exercise classes, playing golf in retirement, and doing volunteer work as a director in the condo association. Paul loved a good discussion on any subject, especially politics, reading, music and travel. Most of all he enjoyed his family and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at Heritage Funeral Complex, 1250 Trim Rd., Orléans, on Friday, January 6th, 2023 at 11 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, https://cpff.ca/donate/ , would be appreciated.

Andre, Dan, Lise. I am sorry to have learnt about the passing of Papa Paul. Sylvain and I will always remember him as much as we remember Pauline. Two kind and loving human beings that were always willing to give a hand and always cared for others.
We will carry Paul in our hearts for ever.

We have so many fond memories of Paul – from the early days when we were neighbours in Orleans, to Myrtle Beach golf trips with a bunch of guys, to Outaouais Golf Club members, to Canton couples weekends for many years, to exercise classes and cycling together. Paul was such a passionate, good-hearted person. He truly will be missed.

Lise..,Dawn and I were both shocked and saddened to hear of Paul’s passing. I have fond memories of working with Paul at Treasury Board for 20 plus years, going to football games together, playing in our dart league, skate racing on the canal, playing golf together and lunches with the odd beer or two. He will be greatly missed.

Nos plus sincères condoléances à toute la famille. Que les souvenirs vous apportent paix et réconfort.

I send to all my deepest sympathies for your lose of a husband, father and a friend whom I held in the highest. Even though I wasn’t able to connect with Paul for whatever reason, I always thought about him. The ski trips we shared, the golf games we played and all the other memories we shared. brings much sadness to my heart. Paul you were always a great friend and am so sad that I wasn’t aware of your health situation, – this brings tears to my eyes. Lise I’m so sorry about the news – I hope that we could get together sometime soon. Hugs to the family.
