In Memory of Nicole Lortie (nee Ayotte) 

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Nicole Lortie on Wednesday, October 30th, 2024 at the age of 77.  Nicole is predeceased by her husband Robert Lortie and her parents Georgette and Fernand Ayotte. Loving mother to Denis, loving grandma to Nicholas and Anne-Sophie and great-grandma to Ella. Nicole was the oldest sibling to many brothers and sisters, Richard (Mary-Ellen Paul), Claude (the late Hélène Bérard), Claudette (Gilles Boudrias), Roger (Phyllis Blais), Guy (Suzanne Longval), Lisette (Raymond Seguin), Denis (Claire Charbonneau), Jacqueline (Marc Jolicoeur) and predeceased by Robert. Nicole is also survived by her sisters-in-law Pauline Poulin, Andrée Bélanger and her brother-in-law Paul Lortie.  She will be sadly missed by many nephews and nieces.  

Relatives and friends will be received at Heritage Funeral Complex, 1250 Trim Rd., Orléans, on Thursday, November 21, 2024 from 2pm to 5pm. A lunch will be served as of 3:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, the Canadian Cancer Society or the Human Society of Ottawa would be appreciated.
