I live half way around the world in Australia and I find that the passing of my cousin Nancy has affected me quite dramaticaly. Even though seperated by distance I always felt close to Nancy!
We spent a lot of time together in our younger years and we were so close that we both felt like we had a brother & sister relationship that would never end!
I would travel to Ottawa every couple of years to visit Nancy and Lynn and everything would pick up exactly where we were the last time we were together.
I have known Lynn for a long time and I know that Nancy and Lynn loved each other with everything they had and I always felt comfortable that they were looking after each other.
Now that Nancy has passed, I miss her and I am very sad that I wil never see her again!

I send my love and best wishes to Lynn and his wonderful family

Don’t think of her as gone away,
Her journey’s just begun.
Life has so many facets,
This earth is only one.
Just think of her as resting,
From the sorrows and the tears.
In a place of warmth and comfort,
Where there’s no days or years.
Think of how she must be wishing,
That we could know today.
That nothing but our sadness,
Can really pass away.
So think of her as living,
In the hearts of those she touched.
For nothing loved is ever lost,
And she was loved so much.
Auntie Nancy, not a day will go by that you won’t be in our thoughts, a smile or a laugh. For you always gave us all a reason to smile and laugh.
We love you Uncle Lynn, Kim and Ted. You are in our thoughts and prayers.. xoxo
