I can’t believe that this happy, larger than life man that meant so much to all of us is gone. He will be remembered by so many for his zest for life, intense love of friends and family, love of fun, laughter and practical jokes and his loyalty and belief in the company to which he gave his life. Dear Lori,
My deepest condoleances for your lost , mike was a warm person with his staff and you also at christmas visit to branch. All my love to you and family during that difficult time
My sincere condolences to Lori. Mike has left an impression on so many and will be missed. I have such wonderful memories of Mike and Lori coming to our community Fair in Avonmore, a few years, to be a part of the Opening Ceremonies and present a donation cheque for RBC Day of Service events I had during the year and he and Lori would participate in the event at the Fair. He told me they loved country fairs, agriculture education and RBC contributing to the community. I was so proud to introduce him and Lori to the other Fair directors and family. Rest in Peace Mike.

This is such sad news. Mike was a wonderful man who truly cared about the people he worked with, myself included. He left a wonderful legacy with RBC given all that he contributed over his many years with us. Thoughts and prayers are with his family and especially Lori during this challenging time.
My heartfelt condolences , Lori. I am shocked to learn of this news of my RBC colleague who was a genuine, intelligent, and caring professional.
Dear Lori,
Our deepest sympathies for your lost. I am so sad to hear that Mike passed away. I met him over 35 years ago in a class at U de M. and we became friend right away. He was a kind person, always ready to laugh and enjoy life. We met again few years ago and I could see that he was still that sane great guy.
I can only imagine the pain you feel right now It was easy to see how deeply you loved each other. We won’t be able to go to the funeral home as we are outside the country at the moment but know that we will be thinking of you both. Take good care of you. xo
