In Memory of Lyne Valiquette

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved Lyne, surrounded by the love of her family on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at the May Court Hospice, Ottawa at the age of 53. Lyne was the daughter of Jean and Yvette Valiquette. She leaves behind her two sons Maxwell and William that were the love of her life.  She also leaves behind her two brothers, Denis (Jackie) and Joey (Nada) who loved her tremendously.  Lyne was a mother, a sister, a niece, an aunt and a friend, loved by all.  She was generous, beautiful, full of life, loved nature, camping, canoeing, kayaking, skiing in wintertime, playing cards, knitting, always planning for a new craft or renovation’s project to do, a great badminton player and loved shopping.  She fought several cancers for seven years, a courageous and very positive person even in her most difficult moments.  Her courage is an inspiration for all.  The family will receive relatives and friends at Heritage Funeral Complex, 1250 Trim Rd., Orléans, on Sunday, October 13th, 2019 from 2 – 4 p.m. In memory of Lyne, please donate to the Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
