In Memory of Lisa Sauf

It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of our beloved wife, mother and grandmother, Lisa Sauf, on Sunday, February 20th, 2022, at the age of 87 years.

Loving wife to Kurt for 65 years; dear mother to Matina (Yves); Oma to Alexandra (Rico) and Stéfan (Franziska); great-grandmother to Zachary and Janelle.

Lisa loved to garden, travel and go south for the winter with Kurt.  Most of all, she loved spending time with her family and grandchildren, going on beach vacations, making their favourite German meals or having weekend BBQ dinners together.  She never asked for much and always cared about others over herself.  Lisa was a kind and quiet lady, and her passing was much the same. We know in our hearts she is at peace.

The family will hold a small private funeral.  To honour Lisa’s love of flowers, bouquets will be received at Heritage Funeral Complex.
