In Memory of Kevin Bowman
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Kevin Bowman on January 17, 2022 at the tender age of 62.
Survived by his loving spouse Lucie (née Ricard) and their children Matthew (Jessica), Nicholas (Ariane) and Melissa (Christopher). He was Grampa to Henry, Nathaniel, Charlotte, Rosalie and Tristan whom he loved dearly. He is also survived by his sisters Linda Desjardins and Wendy Lavigne (Jean-Marc). He is predeceased by his parents Stuart Bowman and Sheila Pretty, his sister Beverley Dillon and his brother Tim Bowman.
At Kevin’s request, no memorial service is planned. In lieu of sending flowers or making donations, keep your money as that would have been Kevin’s wishes.

C’est avec une grande tristesse que nous annonçons le décès soudain de Kevin Bowman le 17 janvier 2022 à l’âge tendre de 62 ans.
Il laisse dans le deuil sa tendre épouse Lucie (née Ricard) et leurs enfants Matthew (Jessica), Nicholas (Ariane) et Melissa (Christopher). Il était Grampa de Henry, Nathaniel, Charlotte, Rosalie et Tristan qu’il aimait énormément. Il laisse également dans le deuil ses sœurs Linda Desjardins et Wendy Lavigne (Jean-Marc). Il fut précédé par ses parents Stuart Bowman et Sheila Pretty, sa sœur Beverley Dillon et son frère Tim Bowman.
À la demande de Kevin, aucun service commémoratif n’est prévu. Au lieu d’envoyer des fleurs ou faire un don, garder votre argent. Kevin aurait voulu cela.

I’ve known Kevin for over twenty years from the time my son played hockey with his sons. At that time he became my go-to computer guy and was my number one up to the last time he came to my house a few weeks ago. He was getting ready to go south and made sure to contact me a few days ago to make sure all was good with my computers etc. He was always a very polite man, with a nice after-shave scent but he wouldn’t hide his grumpiness with me if I forgot a password or forgot to do something LOL he’d always apologize but I’d tell him he was right and I made it harder for him – then we would laugh! Lucie whom I’ve known for as long – both Marie-Anne and I send you our prayers and positive vibes 😔 our thoughts and prayers as well for Matthew, Nicholas and Melissa. We are grieving with you in spirit! And he will be sadly and greatly missed. Rose-Lyne and Marie-Anne 😔😔

We truly remember Kevin as a caring and conscientious next door neighbour for 34 years! A very nice man in every sense. We missed him when he moved off to be closer to his children. We will miss him knowing he has left us all. God bless Lucie and his family.

We have known Kevin for 47 years and shared many good times and happy memories with him. Kevin was a wonderful friend and will be greatly missed. How can you put into words the grief and sorrow one feels when you lose a great friend.
Kevin has been part of my life for close to 47 years… I met him as a young teenager when I would hang out with him, my sister Brenda and my now brother-in-law Barry.
Kevin was introduced to my closest friend Lucie whom I have known since the age of twelve. I was elated when he married the love of his life Lucie.
I’m totally heartbroken for Lucie and her wonderful children Matthew, Nicholas and Melissa. My husband and I shared so many good memories with Kevin, Lucie and their family throughout the years.
Kevin, you were a great friend, husband, father and grandfather. You will remain forever in our hearts. We will miss you forever…..

To all the Bowman Family;
The news of Kevin’s passing is such sad news and my heart goes out to all the family. I have known Kevin and his family since 1975, our families lived on the same street, we went to the same school. He was a wonderful friend and had a great sense of humour. We shared many adventures together with Barry and Brenda including endless hours of playing pool and cards. I can still see Kevin on his motorbike – he gave me a quick ride over to Brenda’s one night. That was my first and only time on a real motorbike – thanks for that memory!
Kevin became such a wonderful husband, father and grandfather to Lucie and his family. I know that he will be missed by so many people including his two remaining sisters.

For the last 5 years we could count on a smile, a wave, and a hello to our kids from Kevin on his porch or through his side window every time we reached the house on the corner…it was the greeting you expected on your way to and from the park, and it’s something we will truly miss. Not only did he have the best lawn in the neighbourhood, he was just a friendly man that made us feel welcome and put smiles on our boys faces every time he gave them attention. Our street won’t be the same without you!

I am so sorry that Kevin has passed. He was always helping me and my friends with his knowledge of computers. I will miss the conversations we had about people we knew when I was working. Thank you Kevin for being such a good friend. Sorry you did not make it to you home down south, like you wanted to do this winter. He was here, December 29th, to help me straighten out my computer difficulties.

So very sorry to hear of the passing of Kevin. He and my late husband, Gary, met at Home Depot about 15 years ago. That meeting led to Kevin helping us out over the years with our computer issues. Following Gary’s passing in 2012 Kevin was always the person I would turn to when my computer needed attention. While working on my computer we would have some nice conversations about Gary and then he would share about his love for his family, and the joy he got from all his lovely grandchildren. He was a good and caring man and will be missed. My deepest condolences to his dear family.

I am so, so sorry for your loss Lucie, Matthew, Nicolas and Melissa and family. I’ve know Kevin for about 15 years thru Mouse-Trail Technologies. Kevin was a gentleman. I and my husband Dave will miss him dearly.

We have known Kevin for these past 16 years mostly on a professional basis. He came to our home on a number of occasions to
assist us with computer problems. He was always so professional, kind and able to assist us while remaining in good humour.
Both Dan and I would share conversation and some laughs with Kevin before he returned home and I often sent him home with
my homemade jams. He seem to really enjoy them.
We are so sad that he has left us to join our Lord. We shall miss his smiling face and good nature very much.
