In Memory of Hubert Desjardins

Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at the age of 78. Beloved husband of Alice (nee Dubeau). Loving father of Linda (Moe), Brian (Jenny) and Brenda (Luc). Cherished grandfather of Patrick, the late Shawn, Kevin, Joce, Nic, Mitchell, Tristan, great-grandfather of Hayley, Brook, Paige, Abby, Alex, Jack and step-grandsons Grant and Liam. The family will receive relatives and friends at Heritage Funeral Complex, 1250 Trim Rd. (corner of Taylor Creek Dr.), Orléans, on Saturday, April 23, 2016 from 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. A Memorial Service will follow in the Heritage Chapel 12:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Hubert to the Bruyère Foundation (Elisabeth-Bruyère) or to the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation would be appreciated.
