In Memory of Georgette Gervais
Passed away on January 27, 2019 at the age of 96. Daughter of the late Olivier Gervais and the late Marie-Louise Guenette. Predeceased by her sisters Marie-Jeanne, Sr. Gabrielle, Juliette, Florence (Charles Lamadeleine), Donalda (Morgan O’Leary) and her brother Olivier Jr. (Micheline Lalande). Loved and fondly remembered by her nephews Michel Lamadeleine (Lise) and Pierre Lamadeleine (Nancy) as well as numerous nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces. Geossie was a former longtime resident of Champagne St., Ottawa, she retired from the Bank of Canada (Canada Savings Bonds) after 38 years of service, was a soloist at numerous weddings at St-Gérard Church, Notre-Dame Cathedral and sang in the famous choir Coeur Palestrina. Sincere thanks to the St. Louis Residence, Dr. Robert Yelle and all of the staff of the 4th floor, Section A for their excellent care and compassion.
