In Memory of Denise “née Tremblay” Fortin

Passed away peacefully on April 23, 2016 at the age of 70. Beloved wife of Gilles. Loving mother of Gill (Elaine Gravel) and Patrice. Cherished grandmother of Valerie, Marie-Pier and Catherine. Daughter of the late Victorien Tremblay and of Mariette Simard. She will be sadly missed by her sisters : Gaby (Adélard Martel), France, Lyne (Marcel Bouchard) and Lucie (Bruno Tremblay) ; her siblings-in-law Lawrence Fortin (Céline Girard), Edith Fortin (Jean-Guy Côté) and Guylaine Fortin (Louis Toupin), as well as many nephews, nieces and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at Heritage Funeral Complex, 1250 Trim Rd. (corner of Taylor Creek Dr.), Orléans, on Saturday, April 30, 2016 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. A Memorial Service will follow in the Heritage Chapel at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, in memoriam donations may be made to the May Court Hospice (www.hospicecareottawa.ca).
