In Memory of Cécile “née Barbarie” Benoit
It is with solemn spirit that the BENOIT FAMILY informs you that Cécile Benoit, née Barbarie, passed away on December 31st at the age of 94. She was the beloved daughter of the late Isaïe Barbarie and late Emma Léonard. Predeceased by her dear husband Jean-Paul. Loved by her children : Suzanne, Louise (Yves Groulx), Michel, Pierrette and Maurice (Denise Prevost). Beloved grandmother to Marc-André (Caroline Godard), Sylvain, Renée (Luc Désormeaux), Simon, Nikolas and Marie-Eve, and great-grandmother to Alexis, Adam, Veronique, Sophie, Isabelle and Olivier. Dear sister of the late Georgiana (Sister Marie-Léa-de-l’Eucharistie), the late Marie-Jeanne (Sister Marie-de-Jésus), the late Lucie (Gonzague Lalande), the late Blandine, the late Fernand (late Fernande Vaillant), René (late Élauria Viau), Juliette (late Guy Lalonde), Pauline (late Frank Ralph) and the late Benoit (Jean Sproule). A memorial mass will be held at St-Joseph Church in Orléans (2757 St-Joseph Blvd) on January 7th at 11:00. The family will be present at 10:15 to receive condolences. In lieu of flowers, a donation to your charity of choice would be appreciated.
