In Memory of Irene Edilla Allen (nee Johnson)

It is with great sorrow that the family announces her passing in Rockland on Saturday, October 29th, 2022, at the age of 84 years. Daughter of the Late Terrence Johnson and the Late Evelyn (nee Hayle) Johnson. Loving Mother to Stephen Allen, Warren Allen, Rock Allen and Arlene Allen-Kinyosoye (Abiola). Cherished Grandmother of Kaylee, Dylon, Victoria, Felicity, Josee, Janel, Alexandra, Elijah, Josiah, and Neriah. Beloved great grandmother to Izaiah. Dear sister of Ann, Ivy, Godfrey, Anthony, and Peter. Predeceased by her siblings, Enid, William, and Icylyn. Sadly, missed by many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends all over the world including; Jamaica, Canada and the U.S. Irene will be remembered as being strong, independent, and intelligent, and for her years teaching special needs children. She loved spending quality time with family building jig-saw puzzles.
