Passed away in Ottawa, on Monday, August 21, 2017 at the age of 89. Beloved wife of Stanley Carter. Loving mother of Murray and John. Cherished grandmother of Paul, Tyler, Carrie, Kevin and great-grandmother of Liam and Elvis. She will be sadly missed by many nephews, nieces and friends. A memorial service will be held in the Chapel of Heritage Funeral Complex, 1250 Trim Rd., Orléans, on Friday, August 25, 2017 at 2 p.m. For those wishing, memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
