A LA DOUCE MÉMOIRE DE Stephen McDougall
It is with heavy hearts that we announce that, after an extended illness, Stephen McDougall passed away suddenly in his home on September, 5th, 2024. Predeceased by his mother, Carolyn and brother, Peter. Stephen is survived by his sisters, Margie (Oscar) and Susan (Jorge). Proud “Uncle Steve” to Will, Ellen, Adriana and Katie, nephew of Susan (Michael) and Shirley Anne (Ron ) and cousin of Sarah, Matthew (Sonia), Glen, Brian, Gord, Paul, Cathy and John. We would be remiss not to mention his lifelong best friend Clark who was more than a friend but family to Steve. Steve worked at numerous GM dealerships in his long career, most recently at Meyers Kanata GM. Steve will be deeply missed by our family and more friends than we can count. A celebration of Steve’s life will be held on Sunday October 20th, 2024 3:00pm at Moose McGuire’s Orleans 4025 Innes Road. In lieu of flowers a donation in Steve’s name to CAMH-The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health would be appreciated.

As a family this leaves us heartbroken. Stephen was loved . He will be missed at family gatherings and by his many friends. May he rest in peace.
I hung out with Steve when we were in our twenties living in Thunder Bay. I was a few years younger than Steve and Clark and they took me under their wing as their little sister! Always looking out for me, sometimes dating my friends, making sure my car was always running and often I became the designated driver after the bars or many weekend boogies, which always had a band at the coliseum and parties t the wee hours of the morning! So many memories and laughs! Love Steve, see you on the other side Bro!
Rest in peace Uncle Steve, we love you so much 💙
I met this fellow once. He was pleasant and friendly. Wish I knew him better. Had lots of living left. Very sad he was my second cousin.
We would like to extend our deepest condolences for your loss. We hope that your family can find peace and comfort with the loss of your beloved brother Steve.
