It is with heavy hearts that the family of the late Philip Augustus Osmond announce his passing on July 23, 2022 in Ottawa. He left this world peacefully surrounded by his loved ones. Philip was born in Hampden, Newfoundland on April 16, 1945 to the proud parents of the late Herman and Dorothy.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his children; Corwin (Denise), Sheldon (Michelle), and Vanessa (Shane), his grandchildren; Mya, Zoey, Lucas, Deona and Cody; and his great-grandchildren Ben, Jordan and Elena; sister-in-law Elsie; nieces and nephews; Lorinda, Angela, Perry, Royburn, Lloyd, Julie, Sheila, Bonnie, Terry, Randy, Shawn, Scott, Hazel, Garfield, Marina, Alex, Carl, Dulcie, Janice, and Paul; family and friends. Also his special buddy, Beau (family pet).
He is predeceased by his parents; Herman and Dorothy; his siblings; Neta, Randolph, Willis, and Llewlyn; brother-in-law Ronald, and sister-in-law Effie.
Visitation for family and friends will take place at Heritage Funeral Complex, 1250 Trim Rd. Ottawa, Ontario on July 27th from 2pm-3:30pm, a prayer service will be held at 3:30pm.
