It is with great sadness that our family announces the unexpected passing of Mike on Friday July 7, 2017 at the age of 71. Beloved husband of 39 years and very best friend of Anne. Most wonderful and loving father of Peggy (Matthew) and Mark (Jacinthe). Cherished and much-loved grandfather of Tyanna, Gavin, Kamille, Alexandra, Spencer and Brayden. Family meant everything to Mike and he will be dearly missed by his brother John, sisters Pam, Janet, Jeannie and Trish, and his loving in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the doctors, nurses and staff at the Montfort Hospital for their compassion and for providing comfort and respect to Mike during his final hours. Friends and family are invited to pay their respects at HERITAGE FUNERAL COMPLEX, 1250 Trim Road, Orleans, Ontario on Saturday, July 22 from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated.
