Helen Marion (McGregor) Noel, 57, born in Chicoutimi, Québec, on October 7, 1961, passed away peacefully at her home in Kemptville, Ontario, on December 1, 2018. Cherished by her parents Chester and Marie McGregor; her siblings Glen, Robert (pre-deceased) and Daniel McGregor; her daughter Melissa Noel (Adam Thompson); her son Michael Noel (Julie Menard) and grand-daughters Adyson and Camille; her close friends Leonard Fletcher and Kathy Couturier; her ex-husband Mark Noel (Manon LaFlamme) as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
